Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings and payment
All classes must be booked and paid for online beforehand. Payments are securely handled through Stripe. Your spot is secured once payment is received, and you’ll get a confirmation email.
2. Arriving at the studio
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your class. The studio opens to clients 10 minutes prior to each session unless your instructor has specified a different time.
To ensure your safety, we might not allow entry after the class has begun, since you will have missed the warm-up. If you’re running late, please inform us as soon as possible.
3. Cancellations and missed classes
You can cancel a booking up to [24] hours prior to the class and get a class credit [or full refund]. Cancellations within [24] hours of the class and no-shows are non-refundable. If you’ve booked a class package, the session will be deducted from your package.
Rescheduling a booking to a different class on the same day is considered a late cancellation unless prior approval is obtained from the studio.
If a class needs to be canceled, we will inform you promptly and provide either a full refund or an alternative class.
4. Class packages
Class packages are valid for [3 months] from the purchase date. Any unused classes after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
5. Class levels
Certain classes are intended for clients with prior reformer experience. We might require you to take several foundation classes first. You can find details about each class on our Classes page.
6. Your health and safety
Pilates is a voluntary physical activity. Before booking, ensure you’re in good health to exercise. If you have any medical conditions, recent injuries, are recovering from surgery, or have health concerns, consult your doctor beforehand and inform us prior to your class. Also, notify us of any health changes between sessions.
If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, inform your teacher before class. They may modify exercises or recommend that a specific class isn’t appropriate for you at this time.
During class, please:
- Follow your teacher’s instructions and use equipment only as shown
- Inform your teacher immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
- Do not attend while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
- Respect other clients and the studio environment
We may refuse to admit you to a class if we reasonably believe that participation could endanger your health or the safety of others.
7. Photography
Please refrain from taking photos or videos without the studio’s permission to respect everyone’s privacy.
8. Liability
Attending classes is at your own risk. Motion Craft Pilates Studio is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage incurred during your visit, unless caused by our negligence or breach of duty. These terms do not limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for any other liability that law cannot exclude.
Please avoid bringing valuables to the studio, as we cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised periodically. The version available on our website at the time of your booking will govern that booking.
